Story and Plot
A series of bomb blasts take place in the country’s capital due to which Delhi Police has to face pressure and shock. Senior officers of the police department, Kabir Malik and Vikram Bakshi, are united and a special unit is formed. This unit investigates the blast and takes the responsibility of catching the terrorist who carried it out. During this time they take help of Gujarat ATS Chief Tara Shetty. After collaborating with Tara, they get very close to Haider a.k.a Zarar, the mastermind of this blast. Then after that the fight and investigation between cops and terrorists is shown.
Positive Review
This story is of Delhi Police. Bomb blasts occur at some places in Delhi. Who is the mastermind of this blast and why did he carry out this incident? Will the police be able to catch the terrorist? This movie revolves between all these questions and case investigation.
The action scenes of this show are very good which have been well captured and well picturized. Actions are well choreographed. This is a fast paced show in which a blast is seen in the beginning episode itself. The story is not taken out of the track by showing sub plot but the focus is on the story itself. The length has not been dragged without any reason.
Sidharth Malhotra has played the character of Kabir Malik. He works very hard and charms in this series. His performance is very superb. His work in action part is good and the cop’s uniform suits him. Mayyank Talwar has done a tremendous job. His look is simple but he looks mind blowing in the role of villain. Shilpa Shetty’s performance in the character of Tara is decent.
Apart from Nikitin Dheer, Isha Talwar, Shweta Tiwari, Sharad Kelkar, the supporting cast has also done a good job. The execution of the last episode is engaging. Very good scenes can be seen and the locations are also very beautiful.
As everyone knows that Rohit Shetty is a mass masala action director whose movies are very much liked by the audience. So because of this the expectations from this show increase.
Negative Review
There are twists and turns in this show but it does not surprise that much. At some places logic is missing, the story lacks depth and at some places the story is a little too fast. Vivek Oberoi’s character could have had scope and he could have been given a little more screen time.
Technical Review
The work of directors Rohit Shetty and Sushwanth Prakash is good. They did a very good job in the mass action scenes and maintained their grip on the story. But some work is needed in the logical part.
Cinematography work by Girish Kant and Raza Mehta is impressive. They capture many good scenes. The music composed by Lijo George-DJ and Chetas, is fine and the quality of BGM is good. Production value is good. The work of editors is decent.
Indian Police Force: Conclusion
Indian Police Force is an action series in which a group of cops work to catch terrorists. Enjoying the cat-and-mouse game between the cop and the terrorist. The pacing of its screenplay is fast so that time is not wasted. This show has very interesting action sequels which give power punch. Sidharth Malhotra and Mayank Taandon did a commendable job.
