Story and Plot
At the beginning of the story, Mithra Manohar is introduced who is a psychologist and marriage counselor. Her married life is very happy. She does marriage couple counseling so that the problems between the couple can be solved. Rangesh was not at all happy with his wife Pavitra because his wife had become overweight. Rangesh advises Pavitra to lose weight but she is unable to control eating fast and fatty food. Because of this, Rangesh one day decides to divorce Pavitra. Pavitra contacts Mitra to solve this problem.
On the other hand, Arjun had a love marriage with Divya but their love life is not going well. For this reason Arjun consults Mitra. Due to Mitra’s client, issues start arising in her relationship. Will problems start in Mitra’s love life also? Will all the problems between the two couples be solved? Will the couple be happy in their life? The answer to all these questions will be found in the movie only.
Positive Review
The life of three couples is shown in this film. The lives of all three couples are different but their lives are well presented. The importance and problems of the couple have been defined in a good way. Its story has covered and presented the conflict between relationships. So that a married person can build a connection with that character. The solution to that problem has also been shown in a practical way.
The work of Vikram, Shraddha Srinath, Vidharth, Sri, Abarnathi and Saniya Iyappan is amazing. They did not give the feeling that they were acting. Their acting seems pure natural. In a very short time, one feels connected to the lives of those three couples. But Shraddha’s performances are excellent.
Screenplay has great importance in making such a plot interesting and emotional and Yuvaraj Dhayalan has tried to show most of the things in detail. He has handled issues like relationship problems very carefully. Be it a married couple or an unmarried couple, everyone can feel connected to the emotion of this film. He has built up and designed the character very well, and matched the dialogue with the situation.
It explores the language of love-filled life. Its plot is not only engaging but at the same time helps in increasing love. The director has put effort into creating situations like emotional, realistic and dramatic. The storyline is very captivating which the audience can relate to. Whenever a couple’s life is going well, the makers introduce twists and turns to make it more interesting.
Negative Review
While watching a movie, the pacing may seem slow at some moments due to which some scenes could have been reduced. This may seem a bit lengthy. Its story can be predicted only in some parts. But overall presentation is good.
Technical Review
Director Yuvaraj Dhalayan chose a common topic but presented it in a wonderful and new way. His work is remarkable in this. As a writer, he has connected the story of three couples well due to which the larger audience will like it. Cinematographer Gokul Benoy has done a fine job. Music by Justin Prabhakaran is good. Editing work is okay.

Irugapatru is a love story drama which discusses the problems and issues between a couple. It also shows the solution to that problem. The lives of all three couples are defined and the importance of the relationship is explained. A message has also been delivered through this movie. The screenplay is good and engaging.
