Story and Plot
The story begins with a newly married couple Eshwar (Harish Kalyan) and Aadhika (Indhuja) who have recently moved into a new rented house. Aadhika is pregnant and is about to give birth to a child. For the safety and convenience of his wife, Eshwar buys a car so that his wife can travel easily. Till now everything was going well in his life but the problem would come when he had to face the problem of parking the car. Because of a person named Ilamparuthi, he started facing problems and arguments in parking. Will this problem of Eshwar be resolved? Will Ilamparuthi be able to put aside his ego? The answer to this question will be found only in the movie Parking.
Positive Review
This story is about a landlord and a tenant. A tenant buys a car and has to deal with the landlord for parking that car. The troubles between them become very big in future. Its story is very simple but its execution has been done in a very different way. The fights arising out of ego and overconfidence have been shown.
A person can go to any extent to satisfy his ego and for this a message has been conveyed. This story has been presented in an interesting way. In the first half, the story has been built up and the characters have been established, in which some humor can also be seen.
The placement of generation gap has also been done well. The problems of landlord and tenant have also been highlighted. The story progresses gradually and the right amount of thrill, seriousness and drama has been added. It also creates an environment of tension very well. Thrill portions excel well.
Harish Kalyan has played the character of Eshwar. He has shown the struggle of the tenants right from the beginning. He also shows the responsibilities of his character well. M. S. Bhaskar has played the role of Ilamparuthi. His acting work is also good. Apart from Indhuja Rama Rajendra, Prathana Nathan, Ilavarasu, the performance of the entire cast is good.
Negative Review
The story progresses in a logical way but it could not handle it well in the climax. Climax could have been made more explosive but this film is good. Pacing has been moved forward in slow motion. Perhaps this film cannot attract mass-masala lovers.
Technical Review
Director Ramkumar Balakrishnan’s work is impressive. He is also its writer. He chose a very good topic and presented it in an interesting way. The story is simple but the execution is strong.
Music by Sam C. S. is decent. Philomin Raj’s work is good in terms of editing. Cinematography work by Jiju Sunny is fine. Production values are decent. The dubbing quality of other languages is fine.
Parking Movie: Conclusion
Parking Tamil movie is a thriller drama film in which the struggle of a tenant’s life is shown. He had to face many problems in parking his car. Its story may seem simple but it has been presented in a very engaging way. Actor’s performance is good. Thrilling can also be experienced in some parts of it.
